KAPYAD Consultation Meeting Held with the Participation of Nevşehir Governor Hüseyin Kök and Cappadocia Area President Aydın Cem Aslanbay

The consultation meeting organized by the Cappadocia Area Tourism Investors Association (KAPYAD) was held at Barceló Cappadocia on 10 July 2026.

The meeting, attended by Nevşehir Governor Hüseyin Kök and Cappadocia Area President Aydın Cem Aslanbay, addressed the current state of Cappadocia tourism, the region's priority needs, and topics for strengthening public–private sector cooperation.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on the sustainable development of regional tourism, the preservation of cultural and natural heritage, sectoral needs, and efforts to strengthen Cappadocia's international brand value.

KAPYAD Chairman of the Board Ömer Tosun stated that the meeting was important for strengthening cooperation between public institutions and the tourism sector, and expressed that KAPYAD would continue its work contributing to Cappadocia's sustainable development.

The meeting concluded after the participants' evaluations and suggestions were received.
