Cappadocia Area Tourism Investors Association (KAPYAD) presented a comprehensive strategy report prepared to improve regional tourism quality and strengthen sustainability goals with high-level participation. The presentation of the report, detailing Cappadocia's long-term tourism vision, was made at an important meeting attended by Nevşehir Governor Ali Fidan, Nevşehir members of parliament, AK Party Provincial Chairman, and numerous association members. The report covers integrated proposals ranging from land registry compatibility to water management, cultural tourism, and accessibility. The meeting emphasized a goal of increasing overnight stays from 2.5 to 3.0 in the medium term. Participants highlighted the visionary approach of the report and the critical role of state-NGO cooperation in implementing these projects. KAPYAD stated that the report is a roadmap for the future of Cappadocia tourism.

KAPYAD's regional consultation meetings continue, bringing together sector representatives to discuss problems and solutions. On July 11, association members gathered to address current challenges and explore projects aimed at enhancing Cappadocia's tourist value. The consultation meeting was hosted by our member Gamze Toybıyık Kaya at Fresco Cave Suites, a venue reflecting the region's unique architecture. During the meeting, participants engaged in in-depth discussions about: - Preserving Cappadocia's cultural heritage - Targeting high-quality visitor profiles - Evaluating recent tourism trends KAPYAD emphasized its commitment to taking concrete steps to advance Cappadocia's tourism, supported by its members. The meeting served as a productive platform that strengthened cooperation in the sector.

KAPYAD, aiming to strengthen inter-sector communication for the development of Cappadocia tourism, held one of its consultation meetings on May 29. The meeting was hosted by our member Yavuz Demir at Elika Cave Suites, one of the region's leading facilities. At the meeting held with the participation of the Board of Directors and members, increasing cooperation with local governments, producing joint projects with Cappadocia Area Presidency, and solving regulatory problems in the sector were discussed. The main message of the meeting was the vital importance of strong solidarity in the sector to increase tourism quality. Participants reiterated their determination to work together to achieve sustainable tourism goals while preserving Cappadocia's cultural heritage. Thanks were extended to host Yavuz Demir for his valuable contributions.

Participants determined joint strategies for the region to achieve its sustainable tourism goals.
