KAPYAD DISCUSSED CAPPADOCIA OVERNIGHT STAY REPORT WITH MINISTER OF CULTURE AND TOURISM

Cappadocia Area Tourism Investors Association (KAPYAD) President Ömer Tosun and the Cappadocia Area President visited Minister of Culture and Tourism Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy in Istanbul. During the meeting where the report on "Increasing Overnight Stays in Cappadocia" was presented, critical projects and infrastructure works concerning regional tourism were discussed.

During the meeting, topics such as Cappadocia Archaeology Museum, works in the St. George region, Paşabağları event area, direct flights, and culture-art organizations were evaluated in a way that will strengthen the tourism vision of the region. Additionally, a highly positive and constructive discussion was held regarding solution proposals for zoning issues in the region.

KAPYAD will continue to follow up on these topics in cooperation with relevant institutions.
